Hours of Operation:
 Monday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday: 8am-5pm
Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Thursday: Hours by appointment only
Friday: Closed

Your Initial Appointment:
Your first appointment will consist of an exam, x-rays ( if applicable) and a brief consultation regarding diagnosis and treatment options.  Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day, but for most cases, treatment will begin if the following visit(s).



Billing/Financing/Insurance:
 We accept all PPO Dental insurances, but are preferred provider for the following:
  •  Delta Dental
  • Met Life
  • Gaurdian
  • United Concordia
  • Shirrell Consulting
  • Wellpoint / Prudent Buyer
We will bill out your insurance, and the payment will come to us.  All portions not covered by your dental insurance are payable by you.

For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • Care Credit
